- Linear Algebra essentials
- Neural Networks
- Transformer
- Transformer Encoder (BERT) and Decoder (GPT)
- BERT and GPT applications
Attendance is open to beginners who are trying to understand older concepts and frameworks, preceeding the current era of transformers.
Instructor
Arvind Devaraj has an MS degree in Computer Science from IISc, Bangalore. He is presently consulting with companies on setting up systems and teams for NLP and Machine Learning. In the past, he has held positions at Nvidia, Synopsys, and Embibe.
Participation
This tutorial will be held in-person and online. In-person attendance is reserved for 10 participants. While participation is free, priority access (both offline and online) will be given to The Fifth Elephant members. Members will also participate in the rehearsal with the instructor.
